September 25, 2021School is starting already? Eeek! Hows did that happen? It seems like an incredibly long time and a hot minute since we’ve had to deal with in-person school and all the logistics that go with it. Between homework, after-school activities, household chores, and family time, there doesn’t seem like a whole lot of time left over to plan, prep, and cook healthy meals. Extra Credit: Make meal prep a family affair and get your kids involved. From shopping and prepping to cooking and cleaning, there are a lot of ways to engage them in the process, educate them on what goes into a healthy meal, and help them feel more connected to the food they’re eating.
