The stew meat was put into oxtail soup and the hours of slow and low cooking made the stew meat as soft as butter it made the oxtail soup better than I hoped for.

  2. Nancy Ventrestco (verified owner)

Great roasted for very special dog treats or to add to scrambled eggs

  3. David (verified owner)

Made a great stew with this! Sequoia (canine) loved it too!!! Better than beef!

  4. Silvio Aversano (verified owner)

It’s expensive of course but the quality is great

  5. Quartez Richardson (verified owner)

Definitely try the stew meat. I think it’s one of the best bang for the buck in terms of taste, texture and quality of course.
