It was the first time I had ever had bison tongue and it was DELECTABLE! I had prepared it in a pressure cooker with pickling spices and it was luscious and so tender. the only negative is the huge cost of shipping; the meat was so carefully packed and arrived in top condition. Thank you so much!

I was very happy with my purchase my only concern is that by the time it got to me the dry ice was completely melted. Fortunately, the bison tongues were still completely frozen. I will not be able to order again until winter. $95 for overnight is just too much and I’m not even sure that would be good enough. I look forward to reordering when the weather gets cold.

Fantastic product. Slow cooked for 10 hours and then reduced the au-jus with some tomato paste and additional herbs and spices. The meat was flavourful and super tender. Highly recommend!

Great piece of meat and at a great value considering Costco sells beef tongue for double the price. Please dont raise the price . We like to pressure cook make tongue tacos.
