    The Elk short ribs turned out perfect using the recipe provided, I did substituted the stout beer with an equal amount of bone broth. Great flavor!

    The elk ribs were plentiful but I didn’t care for the consistency of the meat. I’ve enjoyed elk steak but the rib meat was not pleasing.
