I have not cooked meat for years. I thought I had thawed the roast and too late to marinate or use the crock pot,I realized it was the sort ribs. I used the InstaPot and improvise. I used 1 bottle Coke, fresh minced garlic,Worcestershire sauce, and after I browned them using avocado oil and Montreal seasoning I pressure cooked them 35 minutes and had fall off the bone tender, tasty, short ribs!! So wow to Bison short ribs!

We cooked a bunch in our pressure cooker making a bison & elk stew. It was delicious! The meat was more tender than you could believe & it was better than any beef stew than I ever had.
