Ingredients
- 6 Bison Burger Patties
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 4 Tbsp. fig jam
- Arugula
- 4 brioche buns

- Combine 1 and ½ patties and form into one large patty. Continue until you have four large patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and add patties to the grill. Cook for about four minutes per side, or until the internal temperature is around 145 degrees F.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let rest for about a minute.
- Place a handful of arugula onto the bottom bun, then top with a cooked bison patty.
- Spread about 1 Tbsp. fig jam onto the top of the patty, top with about ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese, and serve.
