I am now and have always been a meat eater. While I have not always made the best choices with my diet, a serious health scare made me realize that I need to do better. When I found The Honest Bison, through a chance meeting with a friend I figured I had to try it. I wanted to know for myself if this whole Bison thing was worth the hype. Well, I am here to tell you that it is! This meat has all the flavor of traditional steak and is a much healthier option. I thought flavor would suffer but I was proven wrong on multiple accounts. The tenderloin, the rib-eye and even the burgers. My kids love them all and devour it every time it comes off the grill. I believe people cross paths for a reason and coming across The Honest Bison has helped me make some positive changes in my life without sacrificing flavor or quality.

The tenderness and flavor of the tenderloins that we purchased from Honest Bison were beyond compare. Succulent is the word that comes to mind. Simply cooking to the direction that was provided resulted in one of our most decadent meals. It has my highest recommendation!

It seems like an intimidating cut, with a lot of prestige. It forces you to really think about how you want to present this dish, treating it with care and because of that the only possible outcome is an amazingly prepared cut of meat.
