I hesitate to post this review because I have yet to sample the other cuts in my order. Comparing the New York Strip to those I have purchased from other suppliers I found them to contain much more fat which should have added to the flavor but did not. Even after using a mild seasoning and allowing it to stand for one hour, the meat was tough and tasteless.
