Healthy organic lamb, wonderful. I just hope they use BPA free plastic to wrap their meats.

My wife prepared a meat sauce to serve over linguine noodles using the ground lamb we purchased from Honest Bison. The texture was noticeably more tender than beef or pork and tastier that turkey. Thanks!

This is my first purchase of the ground lamb. I wanted to make a Greek Lamb-loaf with spices & Greek cheese. Leftovers are lunch during the week if you’re lucky because it was yummy!

The best lamb meatballs I’ve ever made, even better than most restaurants.

If you like lamb, you’ll love this. Used it to make ‘lamburgers’ with Gorgonzola and arugula. Fantastic!
