While it’s not inexpensive, the value of this tasty elk product make it worth the extra cost. The ground elk arrived frozen solid and well packaged. With the first package we tried, my wife and I made elk burger steaks with mushroom and onion gravy over locally grown potatoes. The meat is lean and cooks more quickly than ground round beef. We will definitely order from The Honest Bison again.

The product is awesome, but the shipping kills me. It cost me $108 for 4 pounds.
