Our blend is made up of 12 oz of ground venison with 2 oz of venison heart and 2 oz of venison liver (12-2-2 ratio). Approximately 10% fat content.

If you want to add organ meat to your diet, but not sure if your kids will buy in… these blends are a great choice. (I said the same about the Bison blend, and it applies to the Venison and Elk as well).
