I love the pure Ground Bison, it’s lean & very tasty. When I make a meatloaf or burgers I grate my onions, garlic, zucchini carrot & tomatoes which makes for a moist meatloaf or burger.
This ground bison was delicious. This is our first time ordering from Honest Bison and so far we have been pleased with everything we have tried. You meat selections are great and the order arrived promptly. Overall, you deserve a five star review!!!!!!!
I added some butter pats to this while making a meatloaf since it’s so lean. The taste is delicious though and I absolutely loved it. Will buy more in the future.
Great product to make a true Italian ragù. It doesn’t have water like most of the American beef. So far the best product we found in USA to cook an authentic ragù.
